PAYMENTS

ORDER PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY
4.1. Once full payments are cleared, we will arrange shipping directly to your door. Machine order status may show that your item is in stock but the actual machinery is made to order and can take between 3-14working days to build.
4.2. Delivery time may be extended in case of force majeure or delays caused by courier services.
4.3. The seller is committed to informing the customer about the order status.
4.4. Collection in person may be possible upon prior arrangement.
WARRANTY AND SERVICE
5.1. The device is covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty and a 12-month statutory warranty (warranty for defects).
5.2. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does not apply to mechanical damage, improper use, or interference by third parties.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
6.1. Due to the nature of the products (specialist equipment), returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects.
6.2. The customer has the right to cancel the order before dispatch; however, once the device has been shipped, returns are not accepted.
